A one bedroom with private washroom available in the upscale neighbourhood of Forest hill with direct in-building access to forest hill subway station (under construction). Eglinton west subway station is a 5-7 minute walk. Lots of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment.

Looking for a male, working professional with good habits. No smoking or partying within the premises. Students are welcome as well, as long as the rent is paid on time. I am a friendly person, respect others privacy, maintain a quiet and clean environment. I work full time at a tech startup in downtown Toronto.
