I’m renting out 1 bedroom, in my shared 2 bedroom unit, approximately 10x9’ room, with shared kitchen and 1 bathroom. Short walk to University, Waterloo park, the Ion and other public transportation. Beautiful old neighbourhood, in a remodelled house (quadriplex apartments). Laundry, A/C and dishwasher in unit. Utilities + WIFI flat rate of $50. Parking can be arranged if needed. Possibility for a cat. Room has an IKEA Queen bed, but furniture- can be removed if you have your own.
