It’s a property in the friendly neighborhood of St-Hubert in Montreal. A mere 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station, it is very well connected to downtown, and has all the amenities you need within a walking distance. I have vetted the place out and it is well maintained and easily accessible. The place is spacious, fully furnished (except wifi I think but the current tenants are moving to Toronto so I can see if they would be willing to transfer over their plan to me) and access to a private balcony. I am a graduate student at McGill studying physics. I like photography, going on walks, grabbing an occasional drink, playing tennis, working out, and dancing.

I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment with me. I like to hang out and have quality time with my roommates from time to time but mostly do my own things. I am respectful, neat and tidy, like my place to be fresh and have ample sunlight. I don’t mind sharing food occasionally, or even cooking together but I prefer having my own groceries and food. I occasionally have guests over but none in a big part capacity, typically 1-2 friends for dinner or a small gathering.
