5-minute bus ride from Algonquin College and Baseline bus station or a 15-minute walk. Looking for a Female Roomie in a small 3-bedroom home.
ALL-INCLUSIVE: utilities. laundry, internet (wifi), air-conditioned etc. Sharing with 2 other females. Someone friendly, not loud, tidy, responsible and communicative. Shared kitchen and bathroom
Short walk to public transit bus 88 Hurdman goes straight to baseline station and College Square is beside it. You can cross the street and take the 88 Terry Fox to go to the Laurentian place where Walmart and other stores are located.

Parking if needed. First and last will be requested and a minimum of 1 year
About the roomies
One of us is a PSW and the other is a Pet sitter we are calm, quiet, friendly have a sense of humour and are laid back. We are hoping to find someone who enjoys being around happy, energetic women such as us we love to keep the home in a happy clean environment.
