I’m looking for a female working professional to take over my lease starting June 1st. The lease ends on August 1st (2 months) and it will be month to month after that. This is ideal for someone looking for a flexible lease. The rent is $1575 plus utilities every month. The rent is subject to a rent increase on August 1st.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom walk-up apartment located near Shuter and Jarvis. My room is an ensuite, my bathroom is in my room. All the common areas of the apartment are furnished by my roommate. I’m willing to sell my bedroom furniture.

I’m looking for someone who is very quiet, clean and respectful. My roommate is a high school teacher and also in school part-time.
