I will have 2 rooms coming available for rent . 1 master bedroom with own washroom for $1050 and another room which is a shared bathroom for $850

850 a room or $1400 for both rooms for a small family.

Ideal for small family and or working individuals.

Single parents with children are also welcomed , there is a play structure in backyard and also trampoline children are welcomed to use at anytime.

Looking for people that are clean and respectful

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL and NO DRUGS AND NO DOGS

Smoking cigerettes and vapes aloud as long as it’s outside and not indoors.

Friends and guests are allowed over anytime as long as they respect the house and anyone within the house and no party’s please.

Backyard has a BBQ and also a fire pit that you are welcomed to use at anytime.

Kitchen is shared and you are welcomed to cook and use kitchen at anytime all I ask is to clean up after yourself when finished in kitchen.

Wanting to share my house so hopefully I can help everyone so everyone can save money to buy their own house one day would be the goal, hoping to find great people to share it with that will treat my home like their own home so everyone can live peacefully and hopefully move forward in life :)

House is located in a great neighborhood with parks and public transit . Less then 10 minutes driving to superstore , wallmart , Canadian tire, rona , gas stations shoppers drug mart doctors and dental offices and more.

Shared with myself , I’m a paralegal and small buissness owner. I leave alot on buissness trips so you will practically have whole house to yourself
