I am looking for minimum first and last month with a commitment of 3 months or more. Students and professionals welcome.

Room for rent Basic rent agreement required and I am asking for a deposit on last month’s rent. 700$ each all included.

Washer. Dryer. Two fridges. Stove. Microwave. Freezer for now. I may be taking the freezer. Large couch. Room for some furniture.

The apartment is a three bedroom. Needs paint and I’d rather not pay for the paint if I can avoid it. If you want to paint, here’s your opportunity. Close to bus and metro and groceries. Not to far from the highway if that’s convenient for you. Close to green spaces. I’ve have taken most of my belongings out of the apartment so you can bring some furniture. There’s currently one couche two refrigerators a stove washer and dryer. I will probably take the small freezer. I may take the old school classic fridge and I may not.
