A bright and spacious studio room is now available in a stunning Neo-Classical style Heritage House on Main Street Wolfville. Located just a short walk to the town’s numerous restaurants and shops, and offering easy access to many hiking trails, including the Harvest Moon trail.

Residents have access to all common areas of the house, including a living room, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, indoor sun porch with comfy seating, covered all-season front porch with rockers and chairs, and surrounding gardens and grounds. Shared laundry machines are conveniently located on the second floor in the hallway. Heat and AC are provided via a central heat-pump system. Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi Internet are all included. The studio suites feature their own kitchenette and bathroom.

• Only available to mature, quiet individuals.
• Only available to single persons, not suitable for couples.
• No pets.
• No smoking.

There are 8 rooms in total. Each have their own 2 piece bathroom ensuite. There is also a shared 4 piece bathroom.

The studios are not for couples and only for one occupant. We are a pet free building.
