I currently live in a 2bedroom, 1bathroom, 1 kitchen apartment with my small black cat. I am looking for a singular female to rent out the second bedroom in the apartment.

It is a very small 6 unit apartment building in the Preston area of Cambridge and rent was just raised to $2400, so your rent would be $1200 plus half of hydro (water and internet are included).

There is coin operated washer & dryer in the basement level of the building, a balcony shared with the apartment across the hall, very pleasent and nice building mates, one parking spot in the back parking lot. The bedroom is not furnished.
