We’re looking for a girl roommate to share our two bedroom two bathroom apartment with. We’re renting out our second bedroom that has an attached bathroom. The price excludes utilities which usually amount to CAD 70 per month per person. If you need a parking spot it would be an additional CAD150 per month. It would be a yearly contract. The move in date is 1st of July.
