A beautiful two story detached townhome! One bedroom and a full bathroom will be yours to rent in a two bedroom , two bathroom two story home. I live with my partner in the basement and you will as a renter get the main bedroom on first floor!
Who are you going to share this place with?
Myself (Registered Nurse working full time in the emergency room at Grand River Hospital) My partner (security guard working full time hours) small dog (very well trained, crate trained, house trained, non vocal). Ivy is her name! She gets along with all dogs and humans! She is trained to not go into your space as a renter and is trained to not go near you unless you welcome her too! She will be in a crate downstairs bedroom, away from kitchen and living room when I am not home. She does not bark and is well behaved!

shared Amenities…
large balcony with outside furniture garage plus driveway ( one parking spot available, including a charging station for bike , or scooter in garage) ensuite laundry storage for extra stuff full large kitchen (have most dishes, appliances needed for cooking… welcome to use) Including a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, cupboard space. Large living room with a tv, couch and space to enjoy.
Everything has furniture you are welcome to use, however, you are required to supply your room and bathroom.
ALL Utilities are included in your rent!
