• The unit is located walking distance to both Wellesley and Sherbourne (closest) TTC stations, LCBO, No Frills, Freshco on Parliament and has a bus top right on the corner of the street.

You’ll be leaving with two professionals, a woman and man (early and mid 30’s) that work from home/hybrid. We expect the person joining our place to share our same values; Cleanliness and willingness to collaborate with shared responsibilities, open communication, empathy and respect for the other, respect of common spaces and alone time while still being open and friendly.

Unfortunately, the unit cannot accommodate pets at this time.
