My current roommate is leaving Toronto and moving elsewhere. I’m looking for a roommate to take up the private bedroom with a private washroom on a month-to-month agreement.

The nearest major intersection is Bathurst & Eglinton. Eglinton West Station is a 7-10 min walk and Forest Hill Station (Line 5) is accessible from the building lobby. The living room is furnished by me with brand-new stuff. Internet included but utilities extra (split equally).

***FYI The door is a sliding door with a custom made curtain that fully covers it. It is attached by velcro strip which will allow you to open the curtain to let in light whenever you want it (I know it isn’t ideal but I tried to get you the flexibility to have light as well as have it functioning as an opaque door)

I’m a 25 y/o guy who works full time fully remote at a tech company. I’m laid back, chill and considerate of other people in the house. I am looking for a working professional or student who shares the same values as me. I like to respect other’s spaces, maintain a calm and friendly environment, keep the house (or shared spaces) very clean, and quiet and respect each other’s privacy. Open to chat/chill but also respect personal space/boundaries. For any visitors or gatherings, you can feel free to use the social gathering space of the apartment building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the whole building. I love animals but no pets are allowed in this unit.
