I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The place is very clean. Renting out the 2nd room, that is why I’m only asking for the $ 700 dollars. No damage deposit, I pay for cable and hydro. The apartment is centrally located. Minutes away from Country Club Mall. Beautiful location. The deck is completely private. You do not see your neighbors at all. Fully covered, you never get wet. It is smoke free. The living room is very comfortable, great entertainment center, which you can use as well. Free parking. A very forest area. Beautiful here.

I’m 60 years old. Gone through a seperation. I work 5 days a week. Tuesday to Saturday 9 to 5:30. Have a TV in my bedroom, so who or whom ever it will be, can watch TV and be comfortable. In nice weather, I’m always out. I don’t drink but I have my smoke in the evening. I’m very easy to get along with.
