Terino's room

I have a one bedroom that is available. The bedroom is semi furnished.. We are located Dufferin and Saint Clair. Has one and a half bathroom. Washer and dryer inside home, the home has basically all the necessities that it needs. Comes with heat, Hydro, Internet, water and disposal. There is no parking on the compound. Parking will have to be on the side of the street. Just 5 minutes from the Dufferin mall and Dufferin Subway station. But stop right outside the door . Lots of stores and fast food restaurants 3-5 minutes walk away.. Two minutes from LifeLabs and the gym..

The home has only one person that lives here and that is myself. I am quiet and I’m looking for a similar occupant. Smoking is allowed on the outside. No pets are allowed and no children. I am African/American (black) In case that matter to anybody that is interested. I am open to any race any nationality preferably someone that is LGBTQ. Although that is not a requirement.
