• Located right behind Merivale Mall (Farm Boy, TD Bank, CIBC, Planet Fitness, and Shopper’s Drug Mart)
• Quiet suburban neighbourhood
• No yard but a cute terrace
• Close to a lot of great food and Costco (I have a membership!)
• Close to bus stops
• Renovated basement + on-site laundry
• Room has walk-in closet
• Has a dishwasher but I usually hand wash my dishes (you’re more than free to use it tho!)
• Pet friendly but there’s a weight restriction for dogs per unit
• Parking available but extra
• I will take care of utilities 🙂

My current roomie will be taking most of the furniture + kitchen things so I will most likely buy things to replace them. If you have your own things, that would be great but if you move in before I buy everything we could work on making this place our home! (the pictures I found online cause I figured it’s gonna look pretty barren when my roommate leaves anyway but feel free to message for up to date pics of the place)

I’m a 30 year old queer Chinese cis woman who works full time. My current roomie joined the homeowners club (woo!) so I’m looking for another lgbtq person (or lgbtq friendly) to live with me!

Me as a roommate:

• homebody
• clean
• cooks
• naps a lot and will sometimes forget to put my food away because of it
• plays video games
• sometimes strums the guitar
• sometimes hosts fun dinner parties with friends (you’d be invited!)
• stays up late but I try to be mindful
• loves a good sunday reset
• wants to get a cat (current roomie is allergic)

I would love to find someone willing to share chores and get along with and not just be strangers that coexist in the same space.
