About the room
I’m looking for an easy going, clean and respectable female roommate to occupy the den in this condo unit from September 1st on a month-to-month basis for a minimum of six month (due to condominium rules). I will be occupying the main bedroom. Please be advised that this is a family-owned unit, meaning that the RTA does not apply and a roommate agreement will be signed instead of the standard lease. The den will be furnished with a small desk, dresser chest, and a single bed. You will be responsible to provide your own blankets, sheets, pillows, plates and cutlery. The utilities and internet will be split 50/50, which will come up to an average of $100 - $125 per month if we conserve on energy. You will be provided a key fob, door key and a mailbox key, so there will be a refundable key deposit of $250. No smoking or pets please. I’m looking for a female roommate (no exceptions) who is clean, who will do their part in keeping the unit tidy (i.e. sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, etc.) and preferably a student. Having a guaranteed source of income prior to moving in is mandatory. The building is a short walk away from the Stockyards where many shops and grocery stores are available. It is also a 20 minute bus to Keele and Dundas West stations to catch Line 2 and right in front of the 512 streetcar. There are great amenities in this building, such as a gym, party rooms, outdoor barbecue, and concierge service. There is underground parking available for rent but that is something you’d have to inquire about separately with the spot owners. Text me or call me for more questions details.
