About the room
I am helping out a friend.
The room is bright and spacious. It’s furnished with a bedframe, two mattresses, a desk, and a chair. There’s space for a small couch and a TV.
You’ll have your own bathroom with a washing and drying machine. The is a large patio with a nice view. The unit has a well-equipped gym from 6 am to 11 pm.
The building is just a 5-minute walk from banks, groceries, Dollarama, city bikes, plenty bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful.

About the roomies
The roommate is a guy in his late 20s who works from somtimes. During the evenings and weekends, he goes out, so you can have the space for yourself. He is very friendly, clean and, chill. He loves animals and is very flexible when it comes to discussing house rules.
