Unit includes a kitchen, living room and bathroom shared by all five roommates, as well as a backyard shared with the two downstairs neighbours. No laundry machines in the building (laundromat is two blocks away). No cats please (allergies).

We are located very close to the Bloor line as well as many shops and restaurants in Bloorcourt/Koreatown.

Price includes utilities & internet. Move-in date June 1. I will be doing video interviews before showing the house.

Looking for a conscientious roommate to join our household. Roommates are in their 20s and 30s and are a mix of women and men. We hang out socially at times but our schedules vary, with some of us working during the day and some of us working evenings. We strive to keep a relatively clean, well-maintained household.
