The bedroom has very large windows with wooden Hollywood shutters, a Victorian cornice along the top of the walls, and modern lighting. The bedroom comes with a queen bed and several dressers. The bathroom is well-lit and has a large shower. Free high-speed Internet access and parking spot is included.
The condo building is nestled within a gated community amid beautiful natural surroundings, and adjacent the Scarborough Town Centre, the Scarborough Civic Centre Library, the Civic Centre outdoor skating rink (during the winter), and the Scarborough Centre transit hub (TTC & GO). Inside the building, you will have access to a swimming pool, whirlpool, gym, billiards room, games room, theater room, private library, and cozy lobby.

Rent is $1500 per month (first and last month’s rent will be paid upon moving in).
