Jess's room

Spacious private room is in a two-story semi-detached house located at Coxwell and Queen. Bathroom and kitchen is shared with two lovely roommates. Laundry is free and on the main floor of the unit. The bedroom is partially furnished with essentials: bed frame and mattress, built in clothing racks with hangers, built in storage shelf unit, and a window AC unit can be included. We also have a porch! Currently looking for a June 1 or June 15 move in (ideally) with a minimum stay of until September with the option to extend !! Very flexible to accommodate if we feel like its a good fit :)

Roommates Lex and Abbie are both very sweet, kind, respectful, and would love to chat and get to know a new roommate. We especially like thrifting together and recommending songs to each other!
