The apartment is located in a big 6.5 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a two story walk up at 2310 Ave de Melrose. 3 minute walk to grocery store and Sherbrooke shops. 15 minute walk from Vendome Station. Usually takes me about 25 minutes to bike downtown - we’re half a block up from Maisonneuve so it’s a straight shot all the way there! Very easy cycling commute. On a beautiful tree lined street, one balcony at the front and a big deck off the kitchen. Literally a gem of a place at this price.

You’d be staying with my roommate Dion, who is a travelling comedian and bike mechanic, and his partner Elysa, an actress visiting short term from Australia until July 20. Both are lovely, social humans who are kind and generous.

Between July 20 and end of Septmeber you’d be staying with me, a third year MFA candidate in painting and drawing at Concordia University. I’m pretty outgoing, am out of the house a lot at the studio painting or out dancing. Love to cook and chat about art.
