Hello! We are looking for a room mate to occupy one of the bedrooms in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom character house. This house is located on the University of Alberta campus. It has laundry in the basement. Due to our rental agreement with the university we are only able to have U of A students as sub-tenants/roomies. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and take good care of our beloved home. There are many shops and cafes located near the house and is close to Whyte Ave. The LRT station/ Bus terminal is a one minute walk away from the house. Maintenance is provided by the university. Overall it is a fantastic place to live and an incredible location.

We currently have one room mate living in the house until September. She is a graduate student at the University. We are a sorority so our members have access to the house, but during the summer months it is very quiet. During the school year things get busier and members may come to study in the main floor during school hours, or we have the occasional event in the home. However, during the school year the sorority members pay fees towards the house which incentivizes them to take care of it as if it were their own. There is no obligation to become a member by living in our home, we are gender and sexuality inclusive, and all of our members adhere to very strict boundaries regarding respecting the privacy and living space of anyone living in the home.
