The room has full size bed, mattress, dresser and bedside nightstand . Bed sheets, pillows and personal toiletries are not included . It has a separate privacy door from the basement, which should be locked all the time . Around the area are closed to the Bowling Alley, Tim Hortons , Subway and No frills Washer and dryer are located in the basement so these are shared with the long term renters living upstairs and downstairs .

There’s one female long term renter living in the upper level of the house . And 2 males long term renters in the basement . Long term renters are all with full time jobs .
