3 MONTHS ONLY: JUNE 1 - AUGUST 31 (SUMMER ONLY) The room is a big and spacious room on the third floor with a balcony. There are 2 washrooms to be shared with 4 other tenants, plus one extra in the first floor. Kitchen and dining area is shared.

Housemates have all undergone a background check and are all students. Tenants must be hygienic and responsible in maintaining the facilities clean and organized, including room, common rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Due to the nature of the house, this is a non-smoking, no pets, no couples, and no parties house. Cleanliness, orderliness, and quietness is maintained by everyone.
