About the room
DOWNTOWN TORONTO CORE PRIME RENTAL/ROOMMATE OPPORTUNITY
This is an extremely convenient downtown location at the very center of downtown Toronto, by Yonge and Bloor street. Everything is literally at your doorstep: shops, services, entertainment, public transportation, schools/universities. The convenience and walkability factor is outstanding, which makes for effortless living for walkers and commuters.
I’m looking to rent part of the unit, likely the spacious main area that is connected with easy access to the kitchen, washroom and large unit-wide balcony, which would be shared. This part of the unit already has a very large couch that converts into a double bed, a viewing TV for media with stand, storage, tables and a work/dining area which can immediately be used. This living area can also be completely and quickly changed if you have your own items or preferences you would like to set up and use for leisure and sleep. This set up is flexible. Basically it’s like living in your own spacious bachelor unit with little overlap. There are other possibilities for roommate rental also.
I’m extensively working on my own a lot in my own space, whether inside or outside the unit, so there wouldn’t be much congestion. In the end it would be a roommate type environment, with basically separate lives and minimal overlap. Still rapport and communication are needed as well as non-conflicting lifestyle considerations and preferences. This is a very casual, comfortable, hassle-free and above all normal environment. If that’s what you want, then this opportunity is likely for you.
Different scenarios and set-ups are possible, (that’s why price and deposit would be negotiated and agreed upon) but it depends on the person, preferences and price. If you have more questions and would like to discuss this opportunity, or would like to see the unit for yourself, please contact me, so we can continue the discussion and see if there’s a match here.
About the roomies
I’ve already wrote about myself above. I am the only person living in the unit. Anything else can be discussed.
