Hi I have one bedroom available with shared bathroom, laundry and kitchen in a lovely neighborhood, very close to Church, public transit, school, parks and shopping. Fenced in backyard facing to school. Room is available now.

Looking for non smoking/ vaping, female student/ working professional. I live in the first bedroom. My nephew uses the second bedroom occasionally. Third bedroom is used as a spare room for guests.
