About the room
This is in a shared upper floor home with me and my husband and 1 cat. We are a young working couple. Preferably looking for clean respectful roommate 1 person or possibly a couple.
The home is very large you will have your own 1 bedroom which is on the opposite side of the home, living room and bathroom. Shared Kitchen which you will have access to all appliances, plates, cups and cutlery. Shared laundry. We have a very large patio and backyard which is great for BBQs.
The rent also includes wifi and utilities and 1 parking spot in the driveway.
You will need to bring your own living room furniture and bedroom stuff.
No additional pets allowed.
Location 99 Ave and 122 Street, Surrey, close to all amenities and transit.
