Paseo Private

This unit is located in a stacked townhouse, has two master bedrooms( Roomate currently has a double bed in her room(for size))with their own ensuites, I have the second room. We are a 5 minute drive to Algonquin college or about a 20 minute walk. The bedroom will be unfinished however there are couches, a tv, kitchen table, as well as a bbq that you are welcome to use. There is one parking spot however my current Roomate and I rotate in and out of visitor and make do with 2 vehicles. The bedrooms, laundry room, and storage room is located in the basement while the kitchen, living room and powder room is on the main floor. We also have a pretty large balcony. I am looking for someone to finish out the lease with it ends October 1, 2025. Move in date is July 15th, I do need proof of employment( letter from employer, last 2 paystubs), credit check, and first and last months rent. Utilities are not included but are approximately $150 a month.

I’m also pretty quiet and a bit of loner however I have no problem with people being over, I do have a boyfriend so he’ll be over occasionally. I’d say I’m pretty clean, the photos might look a little chaotic😅, my roommate is in the process of packing. She does have a couple cats that she’ll be taking when she and her fiancé move, so all the cat stuff will be gone. I love animals so if you have a pet you are more than welcome
