No closet, however, huge window in bedroom area (3x5β) that has screen and tilt feature, smaller window(1.5x1.5β) in the loft that also has screen and easy to open, plenty of space to set up bed, dressers, clothing rack and separate sitting/office/entertaining/work out/creative space area.
Home will be shared with one other female tenant, and myself (female owner-landlord). Shared/common spaces include: spacious kitchen (1st floor), living and dining room (1st floor), three piece bathroom (2nd floor), powder room (basement), in house laundry (basement) and fenced backyard with perennial gardens. All residents expected to maintain cleaning of common areas.
Kitchen is a dream, if you enjoy cooking with plenty of stone counter space, large double sinks with modern spray faucet combo, ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel stove/oven and fridge, above stove microwave, Keurig, double multi function toaster, ninja blender, electric kettle, private unit-designated kitchen cupboard space, cleaning supplies pantry and Roomba vacuum to use.
Dining area seats 6. Living area is minimally furnished. It has an area rug, coffee table and a comfy seat. Tenant is welcome to bring a couch and/or tv.
Home features central air and heat, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, front loader washer and dryer, dishwasher, stand up freezer, outdoor security cameras, outdoor covered area for bike storage, 3 piece bathroom and powder room, street permit parking only. Two designated outdoor smoking areas.
Utilities included but not wifi. Unfortunately, no pets.

all in walking distance.
Prospective tenants will be required to fill out a standard residential rental application form 410 (Ontario Real Estate Association). Application requirements include: credit check and score, proof of funds, 3 months pay stubs, prior and present employment references, prior and present landlord references, etc. (form available free online for reference)
Upon successful application, tenant will be required to send first and last monthβs rent, key deposit and obtain tenant insurance.
