Fully furnished on the 50th floor with 2 private balconies. 3 bedroom but we are looking for 1 more roomie. It is 2.2k a month deposit is first and last months rent. furnished living room, kitchen and bedroom but not all furniture has arrived yet so don’t be concerned that in the photos the tv is on the ground and the bedroom is missing a night stand, desk, etc. the closet has LED lights, bed is a double with 4 storage drawers underneath, bathroom shared with one more girl, shared kitchen and living room, laundry room in the condo. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, blender, rice cooker, kettle, air-fryer etc. you can also bring anything you like that we may be missing. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, hot-tub, gym, boxing area, sauna, yoga room, golf simulator room, theatre, etc. Area is nice and clean, close to Queen st for shopping and king st for dining and nights out. A few blocks away from the CN tower but 20 minute walk from young Dundas square (Tmu area) and 12 minute using public transit.

2 girls studying business at TMU (second year) looking for an extra girl to fill the third room. We don’t have to be besties (but we can) we are both very friendly but we will not force you. We also do want to focus on studying so we will have fun but we will also have serious study time so we don’t fail.
