To start off it’s a basement suite, but your room has 2 very fair sized windows and a huge walk in closet! Plenty of storage here, and a mega cool roomate (me) The house is pretty quiet, the upstairs neighbours are dead silent 90% of the time, fully furnished everything. Located near cedar hill and cedar hill x road. Bus routes arnt super convenient but biking is pretty sweet!

I’m pretty outdoorsy, and athletic so if you’re into volley ball, mountain biking, rock climbing, or white water kayaking, you’re always welcome to join! Also electrician working full time.
