About the room
My partner and I have a room available for rent in our two-bedroom apartment. It’s located in Valleyview neighborhood of Kamloops.
Room Size: 10’1 x 9’8, Carpeted
Closet: Yes with a closet rack
Amenities Included: Living Room Common Area Usage, Kitchen Common Area Usage, Gigabit Internet with VPN(1000mbps upload and download) Wired (Ethernet Jack in Room) and Wireless as well as an In-Suite Washer + Dryer, Hue dimmable light in room
Area Amenities: Along bus route. New Tim Hortons and Taco Time across the street.
Furnishings in Room: None but I can provide a 50 inch tv/tv stand for the roommate to use while living here.
Parking: Sorry parking can’t be included so you’d need to bus.
About the roomies
We both work part time and attend TRU (Comp Sci). We do have cats so it you choose to move in it would require you to at least not mind the cats presence. You’d also need to be lgbt friendly as we are a male couple. We keep the apartment tidy, are quiet and easy to get along with. We are looking for a respectful roommate with similar attributes. One roommate early 30s other is in 20s.
