We have 1 unfurnished bedroom available immediately in our home, located on the Mountain near Fennell and Upper Wentworth.

Nice quiet neighbourhood with bus stops heading in all directions just minutes from our door.

The room’s on the main floor, and is 10.5ft x 8.4ft with a closet in the corner measuring 38 inches by 40 inches.

The room itself is $680 but we all contribute for internet, standard utilities, as well a cleaner each month. Tenant insurance is also required, so the average monthly cost is around $870. –– Please note that first and last month’s rent for the room alone is required.

Parking is available in the driveway as well as on the street and there are bus stops leading in all directions a 5 minute walk from our door.

Cat lover preferred as we’ve two cats in the house.

We’re a group of 4 working professionals, 3 guys and a girl in our twenties and thirties. We’re all pretty quiet, down to earth and keep to ourselves, so if you’re looking for somewhere private and quiet to come home to after a days work this is the place.
