About the room
Hello,
We are looking for a roommate to move into a spacious and recently renovated apartment in East Van on June 1st! To clarify this is a 3 bedroom apartment, two of the bedrooms are occupied. The bedroom and bathroom pictured would be yours.
Total rent for the apartment is $3500/month, we split it equally ($1167 + utilities). There is an in-suite washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We also have a big balcony. Each bedroom also has its own closet.
There’s decent free street parking available as well as a parkade across the street. We are a 10 minute walk from the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station. Everything you need is within a block: grocery store, gym, pharmacy, amazing restaurants, cafes, grassy parks, etc.
About the roomies
A bit about us: I am 25 years old, from Victoria, and moved to Vancouver just under two years ago. I work in tech sales and like cooking, reading, breweries, trying new restaurants, cute cafes, live music, movies, hiking/camping and spending time outdoors.
Matteo is 26 years old and works in the film industry. I am Italian-French-American, passionate about photography, videography, tech, and cooking. I enjoy going to the gym and playing sports like tennis and volleyball. I love spending time outdoors and is friendly, sociable, and always up for making new friends.
Things that we are looking for:
