About the room
The house was built in the early 1920s so it has a lot of character. The house has technically two bedrooms, but the attic is its own bedroom. As soon as you open the front door, there is a beautiful wooden built in bookshelf to the wall. As soon as you go up the stairs, you see the attic there is nothing else upstairs besides the attic, and that would be your own personal area if you choose that. The attic is very cool and it has very cool architecture. There is a cave area where my previous roommate put his bed inside. It has lots of storage space and its own full bathroom. The only thing is it doesn’t have it on the door. the main floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, one full bathroom and bedroom. The basement is fully finished with a bedroom as well. Downstairs is a separate room for laundry as well as a half bathroom. I don’t mind which room in the house you would like to choose. The only downside is that the basement doesn’t have its own full bath so you would have to come to the main floor to shower or bath. It has a large detached garage in the back in the alleyway. There’s a very large backyard and deck the best part about the house it is across the street from the dog park and river. A five minute walk to erlton and c train station as well as two nearby bus stops. Safeway is a 12 minute walk which is located on fourth and has multiple restaurants and bars. There is street parking you just have to register with the city. It is very simple.
About the roomies
In the house, living is my self, my daughter, which only stays in the house on the weekends and my golden retriever. Currently the basement bedroom in the basement is her playroom but I wouldn’t mind switching it to the attic. The attic was my previous roommate bedroom. He loved it. I’m looking for somebody that is easy to get along with kind, caring, and empathetic. I’m a very easy-going person. I work as a chef, and although chefs have the reputation of being angry and hotheaded. I am quite the opposite as I’ve learned that being angry gets you nowhere, and it’s better to be reacting to a situation than to be reactive so with that said, I’m very easy-going very relaxed, and the only thing that might ever be an issue is that I like to play louder Music sometimes while I shower. My golden retriever loves attention so if you’re ever feeling sad or upset, she will always come to you and love you, but if you’re not really a dog lover, this place is probably not the best choice for you because she is full of love, and always wants to be close to you. Since I get my daughters on the weekends, I don’t really mind what you do on weekdays at all if you want to have friends over or if you want to have a get together I don’t mind even on the weekend it would be OK as long as you’re respectful.
