About the room
My roommate will be moving out at the end of May, and so I am looking for another woman to replace her starting June 1, this can be negotiated if needed!
About the apartment: Located in Killarney, just off 17th Ave SW. It’s an 11-minute drive to uCalgary, 8 minutes to MRU, 10 minutes to downtown or an 11-minute walk to Shaganappi Point train station. Rent is $2000/month ($1000/per person) and includes heat and water. This suite has a nicely sized West facing balcony. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer set in-suite. It’s a pretty spacious place - nearly 1000 sqft and has lots of storage.
I am offering the generously sized master room to whoever moves in.
Also, I’d like to point out that my building has changed ownership since I moved in. My cat has been “grandfathered in,” but the new owners will not allow any new pets to move in.

About the roomies
About me: I am a mature (31yrs) undergrad going into the 5th year of my degree. I have a sweet cat named Soup. I am very quiet and quite the homebody, so I’d prefer a roommate who understands that. Guests and the occasional party would be just fine.
