The building is fairly new(2020) and the place has in-suite laundry, gas stove, and a storage locker. The location is very accessible, 6-min walk to Gilmore skytrain and 25 min drive to downtown.

Some amenities of the building are: Storage locker, Gym, Swimming pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Party room, and Guest suite

Bills (internet and electricity) would be split with me, from past experience it usually average out to around $50/month. Parking could potentially be arranged; just mention that in the message and we can discuss!
