I’m looking to rent out a second bedroom of a basement, the kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me. Internet and all utilities are included in the price. The basement also has huge storage areas where you can store large things like tires, suitcases, etc. The area is a five minute drive to school, and a minute away from a Walmart.

Hey everyone, I’m a fourth year student studying human biology and psychology at UTSC. I have two hypoallergenic cats living with me, and they have free run to the entire basement (besides your room if you choose not to). Please be aware of this, as most of their things will be in the common living area, such as their litter boxes, cat trees and toys.
