Just off of Whyte Ave, 30 second walk to bus stops that goes directly to MacEwan and the University of Alberta. Free parking on street or you can choose paid parking in the back under a covered stall if you need it plugged in. Everything furnished except for the bedroom. You will have a private bathroom right beside your bedroom. There is tons of natural light and a balcony! We currently have cats so no pets accepted at the moment. Perfect for students location wise or central workers. In suite laundry. We also have an A/C and heater for the seasons.

A couple with 3 lovely, cuddly cats.
One is a student at UoA and one is working 9-5. We have a spare bedroom in our condo and are looking for someone chill and friendly to rent it out to!
