The bathroom is shared but we prioritize keeping it clean for the next person and want someone who will too :). The apartment’s in a quiet triplex with a nice family upstairs and another downstairs.

Located in the peaceful Oakwood/Vaughan neighbourhood, near little Jamaica. Great for transit, really close to Eglinton West station on Line 1 for easy access to downtown or up north to Vaughan & beyond. If you’re a George Brown student, it’s super close to Casa Loma campus, short 10-min bus ride. Great walking/biking neighbourhood, tons of Caribbean and Latin food spots. Groceries, banks, pharmacies etc. everything you need within a 10-minute walking distance.

James: Tech/design student @ George Brown College (UI/UX Design). Introverted but pretty chill/friendly, and social when I’m not busy. Down to throw a football/chill & read at the park, have game/movie/UFC nights or hit the gym. Really into music (indie/alternative, underground rap, R&B, jazz), love artistic & nerdy stuff, and nature. Pet/smoke friendly (Kitten owner)
