We have a bedroom available in our basement suite with queen sized bed and your own bathroom with a shower. There is also a furnished living room that is common space and will be shared (negotiable - our current tenant has the space to herself). The suite was built with a permit so it has egress windows in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is on the main floor and is shared. There is another tv room and dining room on the main floor. There is a full bathroom on the upper floor and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There is an office/gaming/tv room on the upper floor for everyone to use.

We live in a lake community so you would also have free access to the lake (paddle boards, pedal boats and fishing) and tennis courts.

We are a professional couple/empty nesters so our house is now too big for just two of us. We have a tenant in his 30’s who works in trades who has a room upstairs and a tenant in his late 20’s who is a traveller from the UK who also has a bedroom upstairs. They share the full bathroom on the upper floor. We have animals and foster for a rescue organization so if you don’t like dogs and cats then this would not be a good fit. The cats have their own room for their litter boxes so there are none around the common living areas.
