Great access to buses and a short walk to the C-train, Close to a library, Shopping, not far off Crowchild, 17th and Bow Trail but tucked in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of street parking in case you drive.

Common spaces are semi furnished but there is absolutely some room if you have furniture. Bedroom will be completely unfurnished.

Rent includes one bedroom, and shared use of kitchen, bathroom, laundry with the other downstairs tenant, me.

Damage deposit is $550 and pet deposit is $100.
