House is in a lovely area of Hortonville on a quiet, dead end street on 10 acres of land. The room is upstairs and has beautiful view of blomidon. It’s a spacious room at 11’ X 19’ and a large, deep closet for extra storage. Located just 10 minutes driving distance from Wolfville and Acadia University. The house (and bedroom) is currently being renovated so has been freshly painted and will have brand new laminate flooring. Access to shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry.

I am a 26 year old female who works in healthcare. I am a huge animal lover, so looking for someone that will be the right fit who loves animals as well, as I do have multiple dogs and cats that will be living in the home. I am open to someone that has a cat or other small animal pet, but this would be considered on an individual basis. This room would be ideal for a mature student attending Acadia. Mature, quiet, clean individual is a must. Hope to hear from you!
