Milepost Place

Shared accommodation in a room with another boy from June 1st to 15th August. I am going to my home country for vacations for about 2.5 months so want someone to take my place for specified time period. Rent for a month is 500$ and for 2.5 months it would be 1250$. Only that person will be entertained who is willing to pay rent for 2.5 months straightaway, technically making it first and last. Utilities included in rent. You need to get your own mattress.

All of us are respectable & don’t disturb each other’s privacy. No drinking, no partying & no pets.
