About the room
The condo offers a furnished bedroom that showcases great views of the city and lake and has an oversized balcony. Located on Bloor and Young this condo is in a central and desirable area of DT with access to numerous amenities within walking distance. The building is well-run and has 24-hour security/concierge and the amenities in the building include an indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, gym, and underground parking! The building provides the added convenience of being connected to the subway through the back of the building which leads into a secure corridor with additional amenities such as coffee shops and restaurants. The condo is fully furnished however, tenants must bring their own bedding as linens are not supplied.
About the roomies
The roommate still living there is a student completing her master’s degree, she is very quiet and respectful. I am a student myself attending TMU however I’m gone for the summer and am looking for a good match to take my place :)
