I live on the main floor with my 7 year old female Labradoodle. She is very gentle and loves everyone. My 14 year old comes home for holidays and during the summertime to live with me. I get up early and work as a cleaner. In my spare time I enjoy cruising around on my e bike or relaxing in the front yard.

There is also another basement suite. It is occupied by a self employed landscaper. His name is Kyle. He gets up early for work as well. Likes to go out on his e scooter in his spare time.

We are both friendly, quiet and possitive people. We keep the house and yard tidy and clean. We are able to communicate and work together. No parties, no drugs.
