Hi! I’m subleasing my fully furnished spacious room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown Toronto from 1st June – 31st August. Washroom is shared with my roommate and there is card laundry in the basement. The building also has a great rooftop patio for the summer!

Location is great for students and working professionals as its close to Uoft, TMU, Financial District, bars, restaurants etc.

Rent - $1450 (including WIFI, utility) + $50 security deposit for the key (which will you get back at the end of the rent term) – non-negotiable.

I am also selling all the furniture in my room to the tenant renting my room for an additional $450 (original cost for everything was approx. $700) and it includes:

bed frame, mattress and bed box, bed side table, mirror, dustbin, study table, chair, curtains with curtain rod – you get to keep the furniture after.

You can also use my roommate and mines kitchen appliances (microwave, dishes, air fryer, toaster).

First and last month required before moving in and remaining one month rent due on July 1st. Looking for a clean, respectful tenant. I’m going to start showing ASAP so DM me if you’re interested!

My roommate is a 22 year old recent graduate who is very respectful, helpful and keeps to himself. He doesn’t mind socialising but respects your boundaries.
