Emily's room

I live in a beautiful little 3-bedroom house with a shared, fenced-in backyard. Rent will be $1076/month, which includes all utilities and a parking space. I’m looking for one roommate to take either of the two free rooms (one is on the top floor and one is on the main floor), the third room will be used as a spare room or whatever we want to use it for! The house is just a few minutes walk away from DTK and Victoria park. There’s a spacious living room, and very large storage attic that we can share. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and have had no issues. It’s a great spot! (I can send photos upon request)

Hey I’m Emily! I’m 28, I’m very friendly and respectful and like to keep a clean home. In my spare time, I hang out with friends, play video games, read books (mostly fantasy lately) and go for walks. I work a Monday-Friday, 8-4 job and am pretty quiet, definitely not a party person :)
