Looking for 1 tenant Availability: Move in date is May 1st (or as soon as possible) - Onwards Location: Situated in a prime location of Victoria, close to Gordon Head Recreation Centre (8-10 minute walk) and a single bus to UVic (~20 minutes of travel). Accommodation: A spacious fully furnished bedroom with a desk and plenty of room for items/clothes, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. There is also a shared living space upstairs that includes a dinner table, living room, and deck. Cost: Rent is $860 per tenant + Utilities Amenities: Cooking amenities are already all here. Shared fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, as well as washing machine and dryer. Tenant will also have the option to renew their lease on September 1st.
About the roomies
Everybody in the house is either a student or working. Everyone is pretty easy going and takes care of their space.
